McAusland Cakes is a family business based in Larbert, Stirlingshire, Central Scotland.

Alastair McAusland has been a baker and confectioner for 11 years. He started his training at the Glasgow College of Food Technology, where he studied and trained as a baker. His interests turned to celebration cakes and while working as a baker and confectioner, Alastair studied at night classes and achieved a number of City and Guilds qualifications in cake decoration and sugar flowers. He has been creating and designing cakes for over 7 years

Alastair is passionate about creating beautiful and spectacular cakes and believes that every cake he creates should be special to each customer.
